What the files can’t show
Feature Documentary, Augmented Documentary, and Liability Film: the evidence decides the case, but the story decides the settlement.
A small crew shoots on location over one or two days: at home, at the clinic, at the job site. We sit with the plaintiff, the family, coworkers and treaters, and we ask about the ordinary day before the incident as much as the injury itself.
The cut runs the before against the after, so the impact lands before any number does. Structure and length are set with you once we see what the interviews give us.
Everything above, plus the parts a camera cannot reach: the intersection from the driver’s seat, the mechanism of injury drawn from the medical record, the graduation or the wedding that is no longer coming.
We build visuals from your existing evidence to go beyond scene photos and dashcam footage. Re-creations are labeled on screen and we document which tools produced which shots so nothing in the film is a surprise on cross.
We work from your theory of liability and write to it. The script goes to you before anything is produced, so the argument is yours and the film is only the delivery.
Using AI-assisted visualization, animation, and the evidence in the record, we build the imagery around that argument. No interviews. No distractions. Just the critical evidence, made clear, and a visual case for where responsibility lies.
From intake to delivery.
Intake & review
You upload the pleadings, medicals, photographs and depositions to the portal. We read the file, then call you with what we think the story is and where the footage has to come from.
Shoot
A small crew on location, scheduled around treatment and work. Every participant signs a release before the camera turns over.
Rough cut & notes
You review a rough cut and send us your feedback. One round of revisions dials it into focus.
Lock & deliver
Master file, captioned version, and the consent file for every participant. Delivered in whatever format the mediation platform needs.
What does a film cost?
Pricing is scoped per case, driven by shoot days, travel, and runtime. A pre-litigation demand piece and a catastrophic injury film are not the same project.
How long does it take?
We schedule backward from your mediation date. Tell us the date on the first call and we will tell you whether it is workable and what we need from you to hold it.
How much work is it for my team?
One upload session and one call to start. We handle scheduling with the family, releases, locations and travel. Your involvement after that is screening the cut and leaving notes.
Where does AI come in?
In places where it makes a case clearer: re-creations, animation, cleanup. Anything depicting the incident is labeled as a re-creation and built from the record. We tell you which tools touched which materials.
